Daily Workouts, Tenacity, Success, Heart Healthy

A quick post to say I have been working out daily with my new found desire to get heart healthy.  I want to inspire others to know that even if you start out slow, you can increase your endurance daily.  Try to do some type of exersize every day.  Bands, weights, cardio… Just move!  I just finished a 30 minute workout.  Simple but effective.  Did sqauats, trampoline, bands then heavy bag for 15 minutes.  I got my heart rate up; worked my legs and upper body and worked up a good sweat.  Anyone can do this!
