One Small Step at a time. PTSD Doesn’t Define You.

When you are stuck in one place you will never move forward. A small step, even 1 inch is still a step forward. Any motion is moving. PTSD doesn’t define you.
Looking into a broken mirror; what you think you see is broken but you are not broken.
How do you fix yourself: Maybe you don’t need fixing in the ways we perceive ourselves. Perception…when you are confident, smile, head held high no matter what you look like or feel like, it makes you look like you own the world.
No unrealistic expectations. Set reachable goals.
How to turn guilt into pride: Blackmarks; how to dance around. Believe no one can take away the essence of you.
Life perceived. Failed expectations of what your friends and family have have no meaning to you. You are the epitome of strength.
Overcome and get to the next level. Provide opportunity to move to the next level both physically and mentally.. Mind, body, spirit
Harness the past and embrace the past. Make it your inspiration to move.
Know what you are overcoming. Define it. Write it down in detail. Share it. Then work to change direction. Motivate others. Change the World.
People with PTSD come from all different situations.
